IEB — TerraLab

What it is

A consultancy contract with IEB (Instituto Internacional de Educação do Brasil) structured in eight products: work plan, indicator forms, participatory workshops, a visualization dashboard (TerraLab, Danida-funded), technologies for monitoring stations, installation workshops, data integration and customized access.

The work combines office and field: designing indicators with the team, facilitating participatory workshops, and building the dashboard that consolidates monitoring data — including hardware stations deployed with local partners.

Why it matters

Social-environmental organizations measure impact with scarce resources. A dashboard built from indicators defined collectively — and stations that can be installed and maintained by the teams themselves — keeps monitoring in the hands of those who do the work.
